Based on advanced packaging, we will reduce the internal resistance RDS (ON), reduce the junction capacitance capacity (Ciss), and thus reduce the charge storage (Qg) when driving.Improve switching characteristics, effectively reduce the loss, reduce the heat generation, and improve the reliability. The high power rated package is TO-252, TO-220 and TO-247, with production line sealing test meeting IATF 16949 standard and passing AEC-Q101 certification.
